achievement in the name of Ghotki, the firm have showcase it's wit and whim and protect the right of clients who was cheated by the proposed accused persons and gave a bad cheque, on it's presentation got bounced. whereby the Applicant approached the for protection of his rights. The team tirelessly argued before the Honorable Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II Ghotki, even the court and defense counsel tried to drag the issue into its deep appreciation and veracity of the contents, But the leading counsel Mr. Adv Ubedullah Mirani assisted by his partners Gul Masroor , Ali Abbas Advocates, Gul Gull Mansoor and Ali Waqar Chachar the learners under the team, categorically proved the ingredients of 489F, and tried their best to surface that a cognizable offense has been made out. One of the client who was nominated in Challan after filling superdari application u/s 516-A, by the Excise and Narcotics Police in 9(1)(c)(E) of Sindh CNS Amendment Act 2024 & 24 of Sindh Arms Act 2013. whereby the ENP allegedly recovered 47kg Charas, 2 Kilashan Kov, 6 Magazine and 3000 KK Bullets from the secret cavity.

For protecting the rights and liberty, stood forward filed their vakaltnama, filed Pre-arrest Bail before Honorable Districts and Sessions Judge Ghotki, who was pleased to allow ad-interim bail to our client and transfer the same to his lordships Additional Sessions Judge-I Ghotki. Whereby Adv Ubedullah Mirani lead the arguments along with his partners Advocate Gul Masroor Advocate Ali Abbas with their young lawyesociates Gull Mansoor r & Ali Waqar Chachar .whereby Advocate Ubedullah did post martem of the prosecution story with his witt and wisdom, shaken the originality of the FIR and proved that the recovery is foisted.
