The Tarlac State University School of Law (TSU-SOL) through the Marc Andrei Marcos Legal Aid Center (MAMLAC) is proud to present a vital seminar titled “IN THE LINE OF DUTY: Legal Protection of Soldiers in Armed Encounters”.

This significant event is specifically designed to provide essential legal knowledge and support to those who serve our nation, ensuring they are well-protected and informed in the heat of duty.

Mark your calendars for June 15, 2026, and join us at the Officer Candidate School, Training Command, Philippine Army, located in Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac.

Our expert-led sessions feature a deep dive into the Lawful Use of Force and Legal Parameters of Military Operations with Assistant City Prosecutor Atty. Amiel Ronald R. Vinluan. This is followed by a crucial discussion on Legal Defenses, Remedies, and the Protection of Soldiers against criminal, civil, and administrative complaints to be led by the TSU-SOL Dean, Dr. Jose I. Dela Rama, Jr. Best of all, a dedicated Legal Aid Desk will be open for the entire duration of the event to provide immediate assistance to our soldiers in need.
