But the journey to get here started long before Day 1.

Before making it to training, our new team members went through the ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ designed to see if they have what it takes to meet the ๐€๐ฉ๐ž๐ฑ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐. And when they finally made it, we made sure these two days were not just about sitting down and listening.

There were discussions, activities, actual learning, questions, realizations, and plenty of moments in between. And syempre, hindi mawawala ang sabay-sabay na merienda! ๐Ÿ˜‹ We shared ๐‹๐จ๐ฅ๐š ๐๐ž๐ง๐šโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ, plus ๐›๐š๐ง๐š๐ง๐š ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ from Solaire Resort , simple moments that made the training feel even more like a team experience. ๐Ÿ’š

From passing the assessments to officially stepping into the training room, today marks the beginning of a new journey for our aspiring Call Center Agents for Tagalog Accounts. ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ“ž

And what a first day it was! โœจ

Maraming bagong learnings, activities, discussions, and of course, tawanan in between. We also made sure to take a break and enjoy our office-provided merienda together. Because at Apex, training isnโ€™t just about learning the job. Itโ€™s also about getting to know the people youโ€™ll be growing and working with. ๐Ÿฅฐ
