We sincerely apologize for the continued internet service interruption.

Our technical team has identified the cause of the issue. Upon inspection, we discovered that a section of our fiber optic cable had been intentionally cut.

Due to the damage, our team needs to install a new fiber optic cable to restore the affected connections.

⚠️ Please expect possible delays in service restoration due to the ongoing rainfall, which is affecting our repair operations.

Despite the weather conditions, our technical team is working continuously and making every possible effort to restore your internet connection as soon as possible.
