Today, we’re off to celebrate Kuya Bryan’s belated birthday with a fun lunch alongside Ate Van and Ysabella! 🥳 And to make it unforgettable, we’re topping it off by watching the Wicked Movie together! 💖💚✨

This isn’t just another movie for me—it’s a chance to share something so close to my heart. My favorite song, “For Good”, always gets me emotional 🥹💜. I still remember playing it for Mia Eve when she was little, and how she teared up hearing the lyrics for the first time. 💕 Wicked has been part of my journey, from the West End 🎭 to Manila 🎶, and it’s such a joy to pass that magic on to my kids.

We’re all proudly Team Pink 💖 (because Galinda with a “Ga” ✨ is iconic), but leave it to Theo Xavier 🐾 to root for Team Green 💚—he’s Elphaba’s #1 fan and loves an underdog story. 🧙‍♀️💫

Happy Friday, everyone! 🥳 As we head into the weekend, it’s a great time to reflect on something important: Are we really listening when we communicate? 🤔 Do we take the time to understand others’ thoughts and feelings, or are we just eager to make our point?

In real estate and in life, I’ve realized that communication is about more than just talking—it’s about truly hearing the other person. Whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or loved ones, we need to ask ourselves: Are we engaging in meaningful conversations, or are we so focused on our own message that we forget to listen with intent?

As a broker - realtor, corporate & sales trainer, and motivational speaker, I’ve learned that the best way to connect with people is by listening with empathy and responding thoughtfully. It’s not just about closing deals—it’s about building trust and understanding.
