The Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution โ Department of Justice (OADR-DOJ), in partnership with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR), will hold an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Masterclass under the Master in International Business Law (MIBL) Program on 25 February 2026 (01:00 PM โ 06:00 PM) at Fuller Hall, AIM Campus, Makati City.
This masterclass is designed for entrepreneurs, business leaders, consultants, legal practitioners, compliance officers, and professionals involved in contract drafting, project implementation, corporate governance, infrastructure development, and international transactions.
Atty. Ian Malilong, Partner of Solis Medina Fajardo & Malilong Law and Trustee of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution, will discuss the critical role of ADR in managing disputes, strengthening negotiations, and leading with clarity and foresight in high-stakes commercial settings.
Prof. Mario Cerilles, Jr., MSc., LL.M will also conduct an information session on the Master in International Business Law (MIBL) Program, providing attendees with an overview of how the program equips professionals with the legal and commercial acumen necessary for leadership in international business.
