LAZARUS LAKE’S RULE: CHEERS & GREETINGS ONLY!

Since the Open Category and Championship runners will share an out-and-back course, runners may encounter each other along the route.

To maintain the integrity of the Championship and avoid any risk of disqualification, ALL OPEN CATEGORY PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH THIS RULE.

βœ… Cheers, greetings, and verbal encouragement are allowed.
🚫 No handing over of food, water, gels, drinks, or any supplies.
🚫 No physical assistance or outside aid of any kind.

Your cooperation is essential to ensure a fair race and prevent any Championship runner from being disqualified due to unauthorized assistance.
