Beware of other agents and developers who take pictures of our property in BANGKAL NORZAGARAY to include in their posts and offer them at a high price, CASES can be filed against agents or those offering private property.
Taking and posting photos of private property without consent can lead to several legal issues
RESA Law
(Republic Act 9646): It is illegal for anyone to advertise or engage in real estate transactions if they are not the property owner
Unauthorized ads can result in fines or imprisonment.
Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173): Sharing photos that contain personal or sensitive information without a lawful basis or consent can be a violation. Processing personal data without consent can carry penalties of 3 to 6 years imprisonment and heavy fines.
Trespassing: If an agent enters your property without permission to take these photos, they can be charged with Trespassing
