MEET OUR SECOND NOMINEE: ATTY. RANDOLPH CLIMACO PARCASIO

Isang abogado, g**o, at tagapagtaguyod ng kapayapaan, si Atty. Randolph Climaco Parcasio ay naglaan ng higit apat na dekada sa paglilingkod para sa Bangsamoro at sa buong bansa. Siya ang kasalukuyang Secretary-General ng Mahardika Party at Deputy Floor Leader ng Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament.

Tinapos niya ang Bachelor’s Degree in English (1977) at Bachelor of Laws (1981) sa Ateneo de Davao University.

Mula noon, naging mahalagang bahagi siya ng mga peace processes sa pagitan ng Goverment of the Philippines at Moro National Liberation Front, na naglatag ng pundasyon ng kasalukuyang kapayapaan sa rehiyon.

Mga pangunahing tungkulin at ambag:

- Executive Secretary ng ARMM (1996–2001) sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Prof. Nur P. Misuari.

- Administrator ng Southern Philippines Development Authority (2001).

- Peace Adviser ng ARMM (2016) sa ilalim ni Gov. Mujiv Hataman.

- Constitutional Review Member (2017), kabilang sa 21 miyembro na itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte upang suriin ang 1987 Konstitusyon, na nagbunga ng “Bayanihan Constitution.”

- Opisyal na kinatawan ng MNLF sa 5th and Final Tripartite Review Meeting (2016) sa Saudi Arabia, na naglatag ng roadmap para sa ganap na pagpapatupad ng 1996 Final Peace Agreement.

Consultancy at Policy Work:
Naglingkod bilang consultant sa mga proyekto ng ADB, USAID, JICA, at The Asia Foundation, na tumutok sa public policy, taxation, Shari’ah implementation, decentralization, education, environment, at federalism.

Siya ang nagbalangkas ng Responsible Mining Act ng ARMM.

Siya rin ang nasa likod ng ARMM Administrative Code, na naging gabay sa pamamahala ng rehiyon.

Pamana ng Serbisyo:
Malawak ang kanyang karanasan sa pakikipagtulungan sa civil society organizations at government agencies, kung saan siya ay nagplano, nagpatupad, at nagpatibay ng mga polisiya para sa kapayapaan, likas-yaman, at kaunlaran ng Bangsamoro.

Ngayon, bilang ikalawang nominado ng Mahardika Party, dala ni Atty. Parcasio ang kanyang karunungan, integridad, at dedikasyon upang tiyakin na ang Bangsamoro ay mas matatag, marangal, at inklusibo.

INTRODUCING NUR-AINEE TAN LIM: A VOICE OF WOMEN, A LEADER OF DIGNITY

Si Nur-Ainee Tan Lim ay anak ni MNLF Chairman Prof. Nur Misuari at ng Bangsamoro Martyr Desdemona Abubakar Tan. Ang kanyang buhay ay nakaugat sa pamana ng pakikibaka at sakripisyo, at ngayon ay patuloy niyang dinadala ang sulo ng pamumuno para sa bagong henerasyon ng Bangsamoro.

Edukasyon at Karunungan

Siya ay nagtapos bilang Top 1, Dean’s Lister sa Master in Development Management mula sa Asian Institute of Management. May dalawang bachelor degrees mula sa mga unibersidad sa United Arab Emirates: Islamic Studies (Preston University Ajman), Business Administration (American University of Sharjah), at sertipiko sa Tajweed at Partial Qur’an Memorization galing sa Sharjah Government. Noong 2022, matagumpay niyang naipasa ang Shari’ah Bar Examination at ngayon ay isang Licensed Shari’ah Counselor-at-Law.

Propesyonal na Pamumuno

Bilang Deputy Minister ng Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) sa BARMM, at Vice-Chairperson ng BARMM Women Advisory Council, ipinakita niya ang kanyang malasakit sa lipunan. Siya rin ang President ng Al Husna Foundation, Inc., at dati ring school principal at g**o sa Pilipinas at UAE. Noong 2025, kinilala siya bilang isa sa The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) awardees.

Adbokasiya at Paninindigan

Si Nur-Ainee ay tagapagtanggol ng etikal na serbisyo publiko at mahabaging pamamahala. Ipinaglalaban niya ang empowerment ng kababaihan, inklusibong pamumuno, edukasyon, at ekonomikong kalayaan ng kababaihan. Siya ay tagapagtaguyod ng mental health at psychosocial support sa pamamagitan ng programang Matters of the Heart. Nakatuon din siya sa poverty alleviation, social protection, at community-based development, pati na sa karapatan ng mga manggagawa para sa makatarungang kondisyon sa paggawa. Bilang anak ng pakikibaka, naninindigan siya para sa kapayapaan, intergenerational leadership, at pagpapatibay ng Bangsamoro identity, habang isinasabuhay ang mga pagpapahalagang Islamiko sa pamumuno at paglilingkod.

Isang Bangsamoro Woman Leader na Handang Maglingkod

Si Nur-Ainee Tan Lim ay sagisag ng karunungan, tapang, at malasakit. Ang kanyang pamumuno ay patunay na ang kababaihan ng Bangsamoro ay may mahalagang papel sa pagtataguyod ng kapayapaan, kaunlaran, at dignidad ng ating pamayanan.

Kapag ang kababaihan ay pinapakinggan, ang Bangsamoro ay mas nagiging marangal at inklusibo.

DAVAO CITY – April 30, 2026
MNLF, PDEA XI LAUNCH ANTI-DRUG SEMINAR IN SITIO CAMAMARA

Standing firm on the Central Committee’s declaration that “illegal drugs have no place in our Bangsamoro Homeland,” the Davao City State Revolutionary Committee (DCSRC) partnered with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region XI (PDEA-XI) to conduct a Drug Prevention and Awareness Seminar in Sitio Camamara, Brgy. Waan, Davao City.

The initiative was spearheaded by DCSRC Chairman Aleem Ahmad Mamonas in collaboration with PDEA-XI, bringing together community members for education on the dangers of illegal drugs and strategies for prevention. Also present during the seminar were MNLF leaders from different Davao provinces.

The seminar is part of the MNLF’s ongoing advocacy campaign “MNLF Says No To Drugs,” aimed at fostering safer communities across the Bangsamoro.

Sa gitna ng nagbabagong agos ng politika, nananatiling matatag ang paninindigan ni Prof. Nur Misuari para sa kanyang bayan.

Ang resilience ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pag-iral—ito ay tungkol sa pananatili sa landas alang-alang sa susunod na henerasyon.

Ito ang diwa ng Mahardika: pamumunong nakaugat sa katapatan, pananampalataya, at walang hanggang paglilingkod sa Bangsamoro.

Kapag ang pamumuno ay matatag, ang kinabukasan ay mas nagiging tiyak.

LOOK | Opisyal nang inilabas ngayong umaga ang listahan ng mga nominees ng Mahardika Party matapos ang pormal na filing sa COMELEC ng Party Registration at Manifestation of Intent to Participate para sa makasaysayang kauna-unahang BARMM Parliamentary Elections ngayong Setyembre 2026.

Pinangungunahan ang listahan ni Ustadzah Nur-Ainee Tan Lim — anak ni Prof. Nur Misuari, Deputy Minister ng Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) at 2025 TOWNS Awardee (Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service). Kasama rin si Atty. Randolph Parcasio, kasalukuyang Deputy Floor Leader ng BTA Parliament at dating Executive Secretary ng unang BARMM Regional Government.

Ang buong slate ay binubuo ng mga kagalang-galang na kinatawan mula sa iba’t ibang sektor at pamayanan, sumasalamin sa inklusibong karakter na kinikilala sa Mahardika Party—isang pagsasama ng lahat ng tinig, pananampalataya, at pinagmulan sa Bangsamoro homeland.

Ang Mahardika Party ay ang political wing ng Moro National Liberation Front, itinatag ni Prof. Nur Misuari, at isa sa mga unang lumaban para sa karapatan ng Bangsamoro sa sariling pagpapasya.

SUBJECT: Clarification on Statements Made by Rolando "Monk" Abdulaziz Olamit on Social Media

The Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), under the sagacious leadership of Founding Leader and Chairman Prof. Nur Misuari, hereby issues this clarification regarding recent statements or pronouncements made by Rolando "Monk" Abdul aziz Olamit.

Please be informed that any statements or views expressed by Mr. Olamit are solely his personal opinions and do not reflect and represent the official stance or position of the MNLF. Mr. Olamit is no longer registered in the active rooster of membership in the MNLF and has been replaced by Aleem Ahmad Momonas, the newly appointed Chairman of the Davao City State Revolutionary Committee (DCSRC).

All official declarations or positions of the MNLF shall come exclusively from its designated Spokesman and Legal Counsel, Atty. Randolph 'B**g" Parcasio.

The MNLF remains steadfast in its commitment and dedication to promoting peace, unity, and harmony for the people of Mindanao and the Philippines as a whole. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and calm, and to uphold the rule of law in the highest interest of peace, unity, and reconciliation.

Let us not allow anyone to create division or animosity among the Bangsamoro and the Filipino in general. We call on everyone to support our collective efforts , noble aspiration and vision for enduring peace and mutual understanding.
