do not know what to do, what case to file and rely heavily on advice given by their friend, uniformed men or barangay personnel who are non-lawyers thus affecting the complaint or information filed and relatively their case. She then noticed that the problem could have been improved if only the complainant or respondent would realize the importance of hiring the services of a lawyer to guide them navigate their legal problems.
