Thanks very much Karen.
Dijana has done an outstanding job and worked her way nicely through the various hurdles encountered along the way.
Good job.
Best of all - your account!
Much better than with the lawyers I used recently to purchase another home.
I changed to your firm because their pricing was way too high, considering the little amount of work they did.
I think you guys give much better value for money, and provide a professional service.
I would definitely use your firm again and recommend you to others.
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards
Geoff

The Property Transfer Office does what it says on the tin and does it well. Service was efficient. Communication was clear. Costs were as outlined on the website and significantly lower than using a traditional lawyer or many of the online conveyancers. I felt confident that everything was in good hands. Thanks for making it easy.

Your company was referred to me by a real estate agent to enable me to complete the conveyancing on a home I had made an offer on. The agent helpfully advised yourselves of this referral.

I received immediate agreement that your company would act on my behalf and arrangements were made to meet so that the necessary documentation could be signed. I was given full details of the legal requirements of buying and selling the property which was very informative and helpful.

Your company also kindly agreed to complete the conveyancing regarding the sale of my home.

Throughout this process your company have kept me informed every step of the way and timeframes needed to meet the legal requirements .

The help I received took the worry out of this complex process for which I am very grateful.

I highly recommend your company to anyone who requires your expertise and advice.

With thanks and kind regards,

Robyne

After an extremely busy few weeks the great reviews are coming in thick and fast today :)

We had such a great experience working with Sharon throughout our home buying journey. As first home buyers, she made the whole process so easy to understand and navigate.
Sharon explained everything clearly, kept us well informed, and were always approachable whenever we had questions. We really appreciated how smoothly everything ran, especially during such an important time for us.
Kind regards,
Shyla and Josh

If you’re buying or selling property, look no further for conveyancing. This team truly sets the standard. The Property Transfer Office delivers a level of service that feels both professional and genuinely personal.
We recently worked with them on both a sale and a purchase, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Karen’s approach is refreshingly down to earth and easy to connect with. She has a real talent for breaking down complex legal details into plain language, which made the entire process feel far less overwhelming.
Karen leads a fantastic team, and in all our interactions, Dijana and Kim were equally impressive. We always felt in capable hands.
A truly seamless experience with a team that combines expertise with a human touch. Highly recommended.
