Well… here goes 🤍

After 17 years working in Property Law and Conveyancing, I’ve finally taken the leap and launched my very own business Avila Conveyancing Limited.

This has been something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and while it’s a little scary stepping out on my own, it’s also incredibly exciting.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping so many wonderful people through some of life’s biggest moments especially first home buyers taking that exciting first step onto the property ladder. It’s honestly one of the parts of my job I love the most.

My goal has always been simple to make the process feel less overwhelming, more personal, and to be someone my clients genuinely feel comfortable picking up the phone to call.

To everyone who has supported, encouraged and believed in me along the way, thank you. Your support truly means the world.

I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to continue helping people across Whakatāne and beyond.
