YAM(all types) IS GENERALLY good for BLOODTYPE O PEOPLE except for those who are diabetic.
Feel free to eat WHITE yam, YELLOW yam, 3 LEAF yam, COCOyam, WATERyam etc.
IF you are a bloodtype O, knowing how to eat yam is important.
ALWAYS remember enjoy your yam with a simple sauce combo.
Examples are boiled yam and palm oil sauce.
Boiled yam and tomato sauce.
You can also enjoy your boiled yam with banga stew.
White yam and vegetable sauce is also nutritious for you.
NOTE that Roasted form of Yam is more recommended for bloodtype O people.
You can use cocoyam for your soup as a thickener also.
AVOID yam and beans combo.
