I came across this video of Obi Cubana giving Pastor Jerry Eze a mansion in his real estate development in Asaba, Delta State, and honestly, there is a bigger lesson here for real estate developers.

Real estate is not only about selling houses and plots. It is also about creating value, building influence, and putting the right people inside your vision.

When a highly influential person becomes associated with an estate, the estate gains something money cannot easily buy, attention, credibility, conversation and visibility.

This is why I believe real estate developers need to think beyond “How many plots can I sell?”
