4 hours. 1 policy manual. 3 decision bottlenecks fixed.
Yesterday, our team reviewed a client’s internal approval framework, and while it was not flashy work, it was the kind that strengthens an organization at its core.
The client had been facing the same recurring issue: procurement approvals above ₦5M had no clear written authority. As a result, decisions were delayed, vendors were left waiting, and teams were forced to guess.
In just 4 hours, we documented what the organization already knew but had never formalized. By the end of the session, they had a one-page delegation of authority, clear approval tiers, and a policy they could actually use with confidence.
This may not be the kind of work that attracts applause, but it is the kind that prevents confusion, reduces bottlenecks, and improves governance.
Strong governance is what keeps mid-sized organizations from drifting into chaos. It is not a luxury reserved for Lagos-based firms; it is a necessity for any serious institution that wants clarity, discipline, and sustainable performance.
This is the work we do in Nigeria and beyond. Quietly, deliberately, and with measurable impact.
