I've noticed something...

Almost everyone is talking about Governor Alex Otti.

Some people are praising him.

Some are criticizing him.

But I think we're all asking the wrong question.

The real question isn't whether you like the governor.

The real question is... can you see the direction Abia is trying to move in?

Think about it.

Roads are being reconstructed.

Power supply is improving in key industrial areas.

Manufacturers are showing interest.

Government keeps talking about production, industries and investment.

Now pause for a second...

As an investor.

Episode 2 | Why Abia?

A lot of people saw this news and probably thought,

"Oh... another company visited the governor."
But can I tell you what caught my attention?
It wasn't the visit.

It was the question that immediately popped into my head...

Why Abia?
Why not Enugu?
Or even Owerri?

Think about it for a second. 🤔

Here's the thing...

Companies don't invest millions based on luck.
Long before they choose a location, they've already done months of homework.

They're asking questions like:

📍 Is there reliable power?
📍 Can goods move easily?
📍 Is the government supportive?
📍 Can they get land?
📍 Does this place have a future?

So when I read that the governor suggested Ukwa and Osisioma because of available land and stable electricity...

I paused.

When I read that, I didn't just see a location being mentioned.
I saw a clue about where attention is quietly shifting.

Now, does this mean everything will happen exactly as planned?
No.

The proposal is still at an early stage.
But conversations like this tell you where a government's attention is going.

You know what's interesting?

No city wakes up one morning and suddenly becomes the next big investment destination.

It starts quietly...

One road.
One company.
One project.
One investment.

Then one day, everyone starts saying...
"I wish I had paid attention earlier."

That's why I think it's worth paying attention to the little things.

Sometimes, they tell a much bigger story.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it...
Or maybe this is exactly how big opportunities begin...

Not with big announcements, but with small clues that most people scroll past.

So let me ask you something... 🤔
