Do you think I made a huge claim or are law firms who refuse to delegate admin tasks losing more money.

Let me explain what I mean by delegating admin tasks.

I mean those

Contract formats,
Scheduling,
inbox management
Client intake forms and processes

These aren't what you should be doing as a lawyer.
