The Strategic Leadership Masterclass focused on one essential question: How well do you lead yourself?

Our participants explored self leadership, personality, personal growth and translating vision into results. Their feedback reflects strong engagement and practical learning.

From a Training Needs Assessment to a focused two day Workforce Capacity Development Training, we were pleased to support the team at Locust Army International Church from 31st July to 1st August.

The programme brought together the Branch Head, Rev. Mark, deacons, deaconesses, and other key members of the workforce for meaningful learning and development.
