To all we none indigene’s of Lagos state who are afraid of venturing into the booming real estate market in Lagos State because of the proposed law that is said to favor only the indigene’s of Lagos.
I’m here to clear the air that such law in question was only proposed and immediately rejected by the present Governor of Lagos State (Sanwo-Olu), and to note most of the so called top property owners and politicians of Lagos state are not indigene’s of Lagos state.
Therefore, even at the proposal of such law it will only affect owner’s seeking governors consent, and you should understand the type of property that will require one to go for governors consent. So for the law affecting none indigenes is only proposed and have been rejected, so you don’t have anything to worry about.
