BUY LEASE OUT AND SELL SWAMP BUGGY BUSINESS
Executive Summary
The proposed business concept involves the procurement, rental, and sale of heavy construction equipment known as the Swamp Buggy.
The day-to-day management of the business will be handled by Mr. Bolarinwa Awofisibe of GABOLS SOLUTIONS, an experienced heavy-duty equipment expert with years of practical and theoretical knowledge.
The company is seeking an investor for the purchase of a brand-new Zoomlion Swamp Buggy equipment for hiring and eventually selling off after completion of the proposed 36-month business circle.
Projected turnover after 36 months is N288,000,000.00, as the machine has proven to be able to make N2,000,000.00 weekly after all overheads have been settled.
The business is expected to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the construction of the coastal road projects and others in the industry within the Lekki Ajah axis and the Lagos metropolis as a whole. Therefore, the equipment will be purchased for N325,000,000.00 in the name of the investor, who will receive monthly rentals of N8,000,000.00 for a period of 36 months at most, totaling N288,000,000.00 after which the machine will be sold for about 60% of the original cost of N325,000,000.00, which is about N195,000,000.00. So, the investor comes in with N325,000,000.00 and turns over N483,000,000.00 within 36 months.
The machine can be purchased locally in Lagos and can also be imported directly from China at a better rate, but the locally procured one affords the investor a physical service center/spare parts and technicians.
GABOLS SOLUTIONS, a duly registered company under the Corporate Affairs Commission, hereby proposes to go into partnership with an investor with the following terms:
1) That the investor provides capital for procurement, or the investor solely buys the equipment for operations purposes.
2) That the cost of maintenance and other required repairs, as the need arises, will be borne by GABOLS SOLUTIONS.
3) That the said equipment would be purchased and duly registered under the name of the investor.
4) That a payment plan for the remittance will be monthly-based.
5) That failure to abide with the stated and other agreed terms would lead to the termination of the contract.
Security on Investment
The machine itself, being registered in the name of the owner, is the main security.
Conclusion
The proposed business plan is an avenue in the Nigerian economy that has not been fully discovered and exploited, thereby making room for large profits by investors and participants in this sector of the economy. The odds and chances of failure are minimal, and there is an assurance of reasonable returns on investment. Kindly find attached copies of the equipment and other necessary documents.
