NATIONAL WOMEN'S MEGA EMPOWERMENT AND RALLY 2026

Topic: Empowering Women, Transforming Nations
Good day distinguished guests, respected leaders, and most importantly, powerful and resilient women.
It is both an honor and a privilege to stand before you today at this National Women’s Mega Empowerment and Rally—a gathering that represents strength, unity, and the unstoppable force of womanhood.
Today, we are not just here to talk. We are here to ignite something deeper—purpose, confidence, and action.
1. The Power of a Woman
A woman is not just a participant in society; she is a builder of it. From raising families to leading businesses, from influencing communities to shaping policies—women are at the heart of national development.
Yet, despite these contributions, many women still face limitations—economic barriers, lack of access to education, inequality, and societal bias. Empowerment is about breaking these barriers.
Empowerment means giving women the tools, opportunities, and voice to make decisions and control their own futures.
2. Why Women Empowerment Matters
When you empower a woman, you empower a nation.
Educated women raise educated families.
Financially independent women build stronger economies.
Confident women raise confident generations.
Studies consistently show that countries with higher gender equality experience faster economic growth and better social outcomes.
So, this is not just a women’s issue—it is a national priority.
3. Key Areas of Empowerment
Let’s focus on three critical areas:
a. Economic Empowerment
Women must have access to financial resources, skills, and opportunities. Whether through entrepreneurship, real estate, digital skills, or vocational training—financial independence is key.
b. Educational Empowerment
Knowledge is power. Every woman and girl deserves access to quality education and continuous learning.
c. Social and Political Empowerment
Women must not only be heard—they must be at the decision-making table. Leadership is not reserved for a few; it is open to every woman willing to rise.
4. The Role of Mindset
Empowerment begins from within.
Too often, society conditions women to doubt themselves.

4. The Role of Mindset
Empowerment begins from within.
Too often, society conditions women to doubt themselves. But today, I challenge every woman here:
Believe in your worth
Speak up for yourself
Take bold steps, even when afraid
Confidence is not something you wait for—it is something you build.
5. Collective Responsibility
Empowerment is not a solo journey.
Governments must create enabling policies
Organizations must provide opportunities
Communities must support and uplift women
And women must support other women—not compete, but collaborate
When women unite, incredible things happen.
6. Call to Action
This rally must not end as just another event. It must spark action.
I urge every woman here today:
Learn a new skill
Start that business idea
Invest in yourself
Support another woman
Refuse to settle for less than you deserve
Your future is not something to wait for—it is something to create.
Conclusion
In closing, remember this:
A woman who is empowered cannot be silenced.
A group of empowered women cannot be ignored.
And a nation of empowered women cannot be stopped.
Let us rise, not just individually, but together.
Thank you, and may we continue to empower, uplift, and transform lives.
If you want, I can also.

I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to speak at the Women Wing of our noble profession, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers NIESV. It was an honour to be invited and to share my thoughts and experience with my noble colleagues.

I sincerely appreciate the organisers, especially our leader, ESV Ibironke Siddqah , ESV Frances Kemen, and her team, for putting together such an event and for considering me as part of it. I look forward to more opportunities to contribute in the future.

Thank you once again for the invitation and warm reception.
God bless you all.
