LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
The Gadon't movie world limited, is hereby absolved, and shall be free and held harmless from any responsibility to the member/Acts or any third party for loss, damage, liabilities, cost, expense, inconvenience, economics loss, lost of revenue or business opportunities, lost profit, lost of anticipated savings or business, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other adverse consequence or analogous or event whatsoever, suffered or incurred (whether direct, indirect incidental, special, consequential, punitive or of whatsoever nature) arising from a force majeure event and/or any acts or omission of The Gadon't movie world limited.
Without prejudice to the preceding clause, the member/acts undertakes to indemnity The Gadon't movie world limited had keep The Gadon't movie world limited indemnified on the full indemnity basis (including legal and associated cost) against claims, demands, cost, damages, expenses, actions and other analogous circumstances which may arise in relationship to the acts/member, an act's, any transaction, as well as all other matters attributed to the relationship between The Gadon't movie world limited and the members/acts this indemnity provisions shall continue notwithstanding the termination of the acts/members.

COMMUNICATIONS
The Gadon't Movie World Limited, may send any notice, advices or other communications to members/acts by hand, by email to, or by leaving them at any address (es) know or reasonably believed to be the members/acts, or through electronic means or any other media selected by The Gadon't Movie World Limited. Such notices, advices or other communications will be deemed to have been received by the intended recipient upon being hands delivered or left at the said address or on the day following the mailing thereof. Notices and communications may also be effected through the press ( eg radio, television, Newspapers, publications etc.); notifications in (at The Gadon't Movie World Limited locations (eg posters, fliers, signage's etc.), notifications on AYMs; notifications accessed or available through the use of electronics services via alerts or any other media as selected by us. Acts/member are deemed to have received any such notifications on the date or delivery, publications broadcasts, communications or upon same being made available by The Gadon't Movie World Limited Nigeria West Africa Nigeria.

DEATH AND LEGAL INCAPACITY
The Gadon't Movie World Limited may continue to honour the documents and instructions until The Gadon't Movie World Limited has actual knowledge of the death or legal incapacity and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on the information's. The Gadon't Movie World Limited further reserves the right to place a freeze on the member/acts or otherwise restrict transactions thereon upon reasonable suspicion of the death or legal actions incapacity of a member/acts until receipts of sufficient information's and documents to enable it satisfactorily determines the appropriate action (s) to be taken in the circumstance.

STATEMENT OF MEMBER/ACTS.
Statement (s) of acts/members, in such form as The Gadon't Movie World Limited deems appropriate may be sent to the member/acts on such periodic basis as The Gadon't Movie World Limited may determine to any physical address, email address or other locations (actual or virtual) the address/details of which may be in The Gadon't Movie World Limited records.
The members/acts shall report any omission, error, anomaly, inaccuracies or matter of concern in a statement of documents to The Gadon't Movie World Limited within 10 days from the date of the statement of member/acts, failing which the statement shall be deemed to be binding on the acts/members, with no responsibilities or liabilities on the part of The Gadon't Movie World Limited without prejudice to the responsibilities of the members/acts in the preceding sentence, and notwithstanding any contained in these terms or any other documents. The Gadon't Movie World Limited may after the entries which had reflected in a statement of members/acts at any time to correct any errors therein or for any other reason in good faith.

STOP WORK
The members/Acts may request for the stop being as member or act, subject to having satisfactorily paid and settle all liabilities, obligations and outstanding amounts owing to The Gadon't Movie World Limited.
The Gadon't Movie World Limited may stop any member/acts without giving any reasons by 14 days' notice to the acts/members, or where it deems it fit, immediately upon issuing a notice to the member/acts.
If an acts/member is stop from working where the members/acts has any outstanding obligations whatsoever (whether arising before or after stopping of acts/members from working, the sum or any other obligations outstanding including interest and applicable charges and fees shall continue to accrue and remain owning to The Gadon't Movie World Limited until The Gadon't Movie World Limited receives and acknowledges satisfactory discharge of all obligations of the acts/member to The Gadon't Movie World Limited.
To the farthest extent possible all obligations of the member/acts under these terms and conditions shall remains binding on a acts/member notwithstanding the stopping of an acts/members relatedly

If a fraudulent is associated with the operations of the acts/member, The Gadon't Movie World Limited has the right to apply restrictions to the members/acts and report to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

In addition to legal and regulatory compliance by The Gadon't Movie World Limited in hereby authorized to apply its internal policies and rules for the operations of an acts/members as it may so_determines from time to time including policies relating to mandate and restrictions on the acts/members.
