Here are some reasons why Governor Soludo should not suspend traders from doing business in Onitsha Main Market and why he might not have the right to dictate when they open or close:
*Economic Rights*: Traders have the right to engage in economic activities, and suspending them could infringe on their means of livelihood.
-*Peaceful Protest*: IPOB's sit-at-home is a form of peaceful protest, and traders are entitled to observe it without fear of reprisal.
*Fear and Intimidation*: Traders might be observing the sit-at-home due to fear of attacks or intimidation, rather than voluntary compliance.
*Lack of Dialogue*: The governor could engage with traders and IPOB to address concerns rather than imposing shutdowns.
*Overreach of Power*: IPOB argues the governor is overstepping by punishing citizens for exercising their rights.
*Economic Impact*: Suspending traders would harm their livelihoods and the local economy, affecting not just traders but also transporters, suppliers, and others.

The governor's actions might be seen as restrictive, and it's essential to balance maintaining order with respecting citizens' rights.

the governor should reconsider his approach or engage in dialogue with traders
if he really wants them to be open for trade on Monday's

the people of Anambra have been complaining of insecurity, the people of ANAMBRA state have been complaining of hardship, the people of ANAMBRA state have been complaining on different things that the Government needs to look into. but no
The GOVERNOR choose to focus on Monday sit at home. Is that the fundamental thing to do, is that necessary.
NO GOVERNMENT have the right to tell each citizen when to open his or her workplace/shop.
If the citizen chose not to open their shops on Mondays the governor have no rights to force them to open on Mondays. I think this sit at home saga is voluntary.
why are our Government forcing us to believe that we have no laws in Nigeria, that we have no constitution in Nigeria, why are they forcing us to believe that there is no law as Mazi Nnamdi kanu said .

I don't know why processor chukwuma Charles soludo is always behaving childish, trying to tell us that the country has no law, trying to tell us that he can do what so ever he wants to do because he is the GOVERNOR of the state.
