KWALA AND COMPANY INCORPORATED is a legal practice company based in Windhoek doing general legal practice work. The Company is incorporated in terms of the companies Act, Act 61 of 1973, (Reg. Since its founding in 2007, Kwala and Company Incorporated has made considerable inroads into the Namibian population serving clients from all over the country. The company has a branch offic

e in Rundu serving those communities who did not have access to legal services. The company is named after its founding director, who is a graduate of the University of the Western Cape, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. The Company is dedicated to high ethical and professional standards when it comes to service delivery to its clients. The company prides itself with its own server on site which is well managed by its IT specialist, the Company further has a state of the art LegalSuite accounting Software which technological tool is used to properly serve our clientale effectively when it comes to billing. The company’s IT infrastructure is well established and well maintained in that by a click of a button information sought is accessed and available for use. The company’s motto is to ensure that it keeps up modern technological tools. In our pursuit to ensure that work given to the Company is handled professionally, the director handles all complex matters and should such work require any special attention and expertise, counsel is briefed ensure that our clients gets value for their money. Kwala and Company Incorporated has a practice of discussing with prospective clients the issue of costs before instructions are taken. This enables our clients to work within their budget. The LegalSuite accounting software has a dedicated filing system and all work done on every file is carefully debited to avoid any billing duplication. In this regard our clients are provided with invoices generated on LegalSuite to keep them up to date with their payment obligations. Invoices are always issued and mailed to clients. Kwala and Company Incorporated is a general practice providing services in various fields of law as this can be seen under our services menu. The Company has a fidelity fund insurance to the tune of N$6 000 000.00 per Legal Practitioner. The company has professional collaboration relationship with Hogan Lovells International LLP of the UK in respect of the following services;
• Advising on energy, infrastructure and natural resources;
• Transportation, merges and acquisitions, capital markets, financing, etc
The purpose of the collaboration arrangement is for the sole purpose of building capacity in respect of all legal services the company does not have capacity in.
