为什么要让专业机构保管遗嘱？

屋子应该现在转给孩子，还是写遗嘱比较好？

很多父母觉得，现在转名比较“省钱”，可以避免以后花费。
但其实，钱不应该是唯一考量，更重要的是你的真正用意和未来保障。
从孩子角度：
• 提早转名，可能会影响他们未来买第一间屋子的优惠资格。
从父母角度：
• 如果你只有一间屋子，转出去之后，万一有变卦，你会失去掌控权。
• 屋子不在自己名下，安全感也会少很多。
👉 写遗嘱的好处是：
你生前继续拥有和控制屋子，百年归老之后才按照你的安排分配。

我不懂英文，遗嘱还有效吗？

✅ 有效，但前提是有人清楚翻译给你听，你真正理解后才签署。
⚠️ 如果没理解就签，遗嘱可能被挑战。
👉 所以必须加入 “翻译声明条款”，确认遗嘱已翻译、你理解并自愿签署。这样能减少纠纷，也让遗嘱在法庭更有力。
