Tan & Partners and upon further expansion, the firm changed it's name to Tan & O.G. Our primary objective is to provide our expertise on any aspect of legal matters. We pride in ourselves for providing extensive legal advice or consultancy works ranging from matrimonial matters (Family Law), taxation, properties conveyanc

ing transactions (Property Law), financial planning of assets, refinancing works (Banking Law), drafting of wills (Probate) as well as civil litigation works. We specialize on sale and purchase of property conveyancing transactions (inclusive of sale of land, landed and stratified properties) and are involved in preparation of all types of housing
and term loan documentations, which includes corporate loans. In addition, we are the appointed panel of solicitors for numerous reputable Financial Institutions in Malaysia whereby our services include advising our potential clients on the best financial packages available. We are also the authorized panel of solicitors for a group of reputable real estate Developers in Malaysia. In order to ensure all signing appointments to be done smoothly, we are able to suit our time with our clientele’s at any preferred venues, be it in Malaysia or overseas. We also provide legal advice to our clientele on various corporate works for our corporate clients ranging from taxation issues, drafting Shareholders Agreements, Agreements for issuance of Preferential Shares, Public Listing of their companies (due diligence) and raising of funds through various means of issuance of shares. We are also experienced in handling multi-million commercial transactions. Our firm had participated in the commercial negotiation, coordination as well as overseeing the performance of the condition precedents in the contracts. We have also represented established companies in Malaysia on all regulatory matters together with the relevant authorities. We had given advice on regulatory, commercial points and partake in relevant negotiations, drafting legal advice, waiver requests and petitions for considerations. Our firm also specializes in Family Matrimonial Laws and Probate and Administrative Laws. alimony payment (maintenance payment for spouse), filing legal suits against third party who cause the breakdown of marriages and distribution of matrimonial assets. We have also acted as representative for a major MNC in employment and labour law particularly in judicial review case on matters of unfair dismissal and/or wrongful termination of employees. We have assisted local Banking institution to draft Syariah Compliance legal documentation (trade financing or property related loans) for Islamic loan facilities namely Asset Purchase and Asset Sale Agreement. In a nutshell, our firm is driven to take on any legal challenges to provide viable solutions to all of our clients.
