We had vaccine day

Vaccination is one of the important ways u as parents protect ur children from preventable diseases. Vaccines help strengthen a child’s immune system and reduce the risk of serious illness, complications and death. When children are vaccinated, they are also less likely to spread certain diseases to other children, including those who may be more vulnerable.

As parents u are the first line of responsibility. make sure ur children receive vaccines at the recommended ages and keep their vaccination records safely. Taking a child for vaccination is not only an individual responsibility; it also contributes to protecting the wider community.

Many thanks to all parents who see the importance. Us as Alinane Academy we don't force parents to do the vaccines its ones choice but we highly recommend and encourage.

PLANNING & ORIENTATION MEETING

Today was an amazing and productive day at Alinane Academy as we held our planning and orientation meeting with teachers ahead of the opening of school.
These meetings are important because they help us prepare as a team, set clear expectations and ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities before learners return.

Among other things, we discussed child safety and welfare, academic performance, learner assessment, schemes of work, lesson planning and effective classroom practices. Teachers were reminded that their role goes beyond teaching academic content. Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, respected and supported.

We also emphasised the importance of monitoring learners' progress and using assessments to identify areas where they may need additional support.

A well-prepared teacher contributes to a well-organised and successful school. We are grateful for our dedicated team and look forward to a productive term.

We were deeply honoured to have our Board of Directors grace our Graduation and School Closing Ceremony with their presence. Their attendance reflected their unwavering commitment to the growth, excellence, and future of Alinane Academy.
A Board of Directors plays a vital role in providing strategic leadership, ensuring good governance, supporting sound decision-making, and helping shape the vision and direction of the school. Their guidance and encouragement continue to inspire us to provide quality education and nurture every learner to reach their full potential.
