in 2008 we left Switzerland to live in the canary Islands, Spain. We took the way with our 3 children over Marokko with our mobile home, and took just with us, what was really important for us or precious in some way. The ship has grounded in front of Sahara. Very fast we understood, that this was not just a ship wrecking, but even more a big case of corruption and dirty politics. We met agent of
secret service working in Sahara occidental for Spain who commented, that the ship was full of illegal activities, and nothing will be saved out of the ship. Also we as passengers has nearly drowned and have been saved by marocan fishers in their liitle boats ("cayucco"). By investigating the case, I realized, that their is a special kind of criminal organisation behind all, and that i was digging deep in the dark side of the society. As reaction I have bee kidnapped, 1 month after the shipwrecking, from 4 national police (who still has a strong current of fascist oriented men integrated, fascism is still very activ and tolerated in the spanish society ) and 2 security guards from Naviera Armas. They have tortured me 3 days and tried to sentence me by constrained tribunal to a long sentence (pretending that I was drunken and crashing in a police car, and after aggressing the police and beating the 4 policeman...) I was facing to be sentenced for several years in prison...
I came free, but the warning was clear, that they will kill me easily, nobody will ever find the truth...
We went on with our research till know, and want to make some publication. The web page is just a provisoric kind of scetchy diary to fix about what happened. We have gone to court and wait since 4 year for a judgement (!). They try to frustrate our intention to make appellation in a foreigne court. We are happy for any help, like translation (german-english, german-spanisch, others...), improvement of the web page (very necessary), help from attorneys (international mercantile law, maritime law, anti-corruption), financial support for campaigns, or even just a personal comment ans sharing the page...
