On 29.5.2026 the Finnish Immigration Service decided not to revoke the residence permits of 2 clients, originally granted on 17.6.2024 and 1.8.2025.

We successfully obtained an interim order from the Turku Administrative Court halting our client’s deportation after the Finnish Immigration Service ordered them to leave within 7 days. The court has now prohibited enforcement of the order until the appeal is concluded, allowing our client to remain in Finland legally while the case continues.

Migri was preparing to cancel our client’s residence permit, stating that the requirements were no longer met. We stepped in, compiled the necessary evidence, and presented a detailed legal response.

Outcome: The Finnish Immigration Service will not revoke the permit.
