한국에서 학사 및 석사 학위를 소지한 외국인은 F-5-10(첨단기술분야 학사, 일반분야 석사 이상 학위 소지자) 자격으로 영주권 신청이 가능합니다.
1. 주요 신청 요건 (Main Requirements)
학력 (Education): * 한국 대학(원)에서 취득한 이공계 학사 또는 전공 무관 석사 학위 이상 소지자여야 합니다.
해외 학위 소지자의 경우 첨단기술 분야 학사 이상이어야 합니다.
체류 기간 (Residency): 신청일 기준 국내에서 3년 이상 계속 체류 중이어야 합니다.
고용 형태 (Employment): 신청 당시 국내 기업에서 **1년 이상 정규직(전일제 상용고용)**으로 근무 중이어야 합니다.
소득 (Income): 전년도 1인당 국민총소득(GNI) 1배 이상이어야 합니다. (본인 소득만 인정)
기본 소양 (Basic Knowledge): 사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 5단계를 이수하거나 영주용 종합평가에서 60점 이상을 득점해야 합니다.
품행 단정 (Good Conduct): 해외 범죄경력 증명서 제출이 필요하며, 국내법 위반 사실이 없어야 합니다.

Eligibility for Permanent Residency (F-5-10) for Bachelor's and Master's Degree Holders
Foreign nationals holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Korean university may apply for the F-5-10 Permanent Residency Visa, provided they meet the following criteria:
Educational Background:
Domestic Degree: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Science & Engineering or a Master's degree (any major) from a Korean university.
Overseas Degree: Must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a high-tech industry field.
Residency Period: Must have continuously resided in South Korea for at least 3 years prior to the application date.
Employment Status: Must be currently employed as a full-time regular employee at a domestic company for at least 1 year.
Income Requirement: Annual income from the previous year must be equal to or greater than the GNI (Gross National Income) per capita. (Only the applicant's individual income is considered.)
Basic Knowledge Requirement: Must have completed Level 5 of the Social Integration Program (KIIP) or scored at least 60 points on the Comprehensive Test for Permanent Residency.
Conduct Requirement: Must provide a Criminal Record Check from their home country (Apostilled/Consularized) and have no significant record of violating Korean laws.
