សិក្ខាសាលាតម្រង់ទិសយុវជន និងជំនាញ លើកកម្ពស់ជំនាញ និងឱកាសការងារសម្រាប់យុវជន
រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ — ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦
សិក្ខាសាលាតម្រង់ទិសយុវជន និងជំនាញ (Youth and Skills Orientation Workshop) ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ សហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (NIEI) និងទទួលបានការឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាពី អង្គការ World Vision International ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅការិយាល័យ NIEI។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំយុវជន និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធមកពីវិស័យរដ្ឋាភិបាល ការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល វិស័យឯកជន សហគ្រិន និងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពី ទីផ្សារការងារនៅកម្ពុជា ការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ ការតម្រង់ទិសអាជីព ឱកាសការងារ និងជំនាញដែលត្រូវការសម្រាប់អនាគត។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានផ្តល់វេទិកាដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់យុវជនក្នុងការទទួលបានចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ និងទស្សនៈជាក់ស្តែងពីអ្នកជំនាញ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីជំនាញ និងសមត្ថភាពដែលត្រូវការក្នុងទីផ្សារការងារដែលកំពុងមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ។
វាគ្មិន និងអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា
សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានការចូលរួមពីវាគ្មិន និងអ្នកជំនាញមកពីវិស័យរដ្ឋាភិបាល សហគ្រិនភាព វិស័យឯកជន និងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រួមមាន៖
1. លោកបណ្ឌិត ម៉ិល ផូ (Dr. Mel Pho) — នាយករងទទួលបន្ទុករួមនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ សហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (NIEI)
2. លោក ប៊ុន បូរពិត (Mr. Boun Borpeth) — តំណាងក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ
3. លោក ឈរ រិទ្ធី (Mr. Chhor Rithy) — ស្ថាបនិក Cam Corner
4. លោក ជឹម ណារិន (Mr. Chim Narin) — អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មវិធីទីក្រុង (Urban Program Manager)
5. លោក ផាន់ ច័ន្ទវណ្ឌី (Mr. Phan Chanvandy) — ស្ថាបនិក និងមេធាវី នៃ ការិយាល័យមេធាវី ផាន់ & ខប (Phan & Corp Law Office) និងជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចពិភាក្សា (Moderator)
ការចូលរួមរបស់វាគ្មិនដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ និងជំនាញចម្រុះ បានផ្តល់នូវទស្សនៈពីវិស័យរដ្ឋាភិបាល សហគ្រិនភាព វិស័យឯកជន វិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ដើម្បីជួយឱ្យយុវជនយល់កាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីទិសដៅអាជីព និងទីផ្សារការងារ។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សា៖ ទីផ្សារការងារនៅកម្ពុជា
ផ្នែកសំខាន់មួយនៃសិក្ខាសាលា គឺ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ទីផ្សារការងារនៅកម្ពុជា៖ បញ្ហាប្រឈម ឱកាស និងជំនាញសម្រាប់អនាគត”។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានផ្តោតលើនិន្នាការសំខាន់ៗក្នុងទីផ្សារការងារនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងឱកាសសម្រាប់យុវជន។ វាគ្មិនបានចែករំលែកទស្សនៈ និងបទពិសោធន៍ទាក់ទងនឹង គម្លាតជំនាញ ការងារសម្រាប់យុវជន សហគ្រិនភាព ការអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីព ការត្រៀមខ្លួនចូលទីផ្សារការងារ និងតម្រូវការជំនាញរបស់និយោជក។
ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចពិភាក្សា លោក ផាន់ ច័ន្ទវណ្ឌី បានដឹកនាំ និងសម្របសម្រួលការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈរបស់វាគ្មិន ព្រមទាំងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងអនុសាសន៍ជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់យុវជន។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីពប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ មិនមែនពឹងផ្អែកតែលើសញ្ញាបត្រ ឬចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកសិក្សាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ។ យុវជនត្រូវការជំនាញចម្រុះ រួមមាន ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស ជំនាញឌីជីថល ការទំនាក់ទំនង ការគិតវិភាគ ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា ភាពបត់បែន សហគ្រិនភាព និងសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សាក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាង រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្ថាប័នអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និយោជក ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សហគ្រិន និងយុវជន ដើម្បីធានាថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងនៃទីផ្សារការងារ។
ការគាំទ្រឱកាសសម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជា
សិក្ខាសាលាបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យយុវជនចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការរៀបចំអនាគតរបស់ខ្លួន តាមរយៈការស្វែងយល់ពីឱកាសអាជីព ការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញដែលមានតម្រូវការក្នុងទីផ្សារ ការពង្រឹងបណ្តាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការបន្តសិក្សារៀនសូត្រពេញមួយជីវិត។
កិច្ចសហការរវាង NIEI និង World Vision International ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បង្ហាញពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃភាពជាដៃគូក្នុងការបង្កើតឱកាសសម្រាប់យុវជន ដើម្បីទទួលបានព័ត៌មាន ការណែនាំ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញដែលអាចជួយបង្កើនឱកាសការងារ និងការរីកចម្រើនផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធី NIEI បន្តដើរតួនាទីសំខាន់ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ សហគ្រិនភាព នវានុវត្តន៍ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ ខណៈការគាំទ្រពី World Vision International ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការពង្រឹងកម្មវិធីដែលផ្តល់អំណាច និងឱកាសដល់យុវជន សម្រាប់អនាគតកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
ការប្តេជ្ញារួមគ្នាចំពោះការអភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន
សិក្ខាសាលាតម្រង់ទិសយុវជន និងជំនាញ បានបញ្ចប់ដោយការឯកភាពរួមថា ការរៀបចំយុវជនកម្ពុជាសម្រាប់អនាគត តម្រូវឱ្យមាន ការតភ្ជាប់កាន់តែប្រសើររវាងការអប់រំ ការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ ការងារ សហគ្រិនភាព និងតម្រូវការរបស់វិស័យឯកជន។
កម្មវិធីនេះបានផ្តល់ឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃដល់យុវជន ក្នុងការសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ដោយផ្ទាល់ពីតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សហគ្រិន អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងអ្នកជំនាញមកពីវិស័យផ្សេងៗ។

Youth and Skills Orientation Workshop Highlights Youth Skills and Career Development
Phnom Penh, Cambodia — 21 August 2026
The Youth and Skills Orientation Workshop was successfully held on 21 August 2026 at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) Office. The event was organized by the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) and funded by World Vision International in Cambodia, bringing together young people and key stakeholders to discuss Cambodia’s labour market, career opportunities, skills development, and the future of work.
The workshop created an important platform for young people to gain practical knowledge, engage with experienced professionals, and better understand the skills and competencies required in Cambodia’s evolving labour market.

The workshop featured speakers and panelists from government, entrepreneurship, and development sectors, including:

The diverse backgrounds of the speakers provided participants with perspectives from government, entrepreneurship, the private sector, development programming, and the legal and professional services sector.
Panel Discussion: Cambodia’s Labour Market
A key component of the workshop was the panel discussion entitled “Cambodia’s Labour Market: Challenges, Opportunities and Skills for the Future.”
The discussion explored major trends affecting Cambodia’s labour market, particularly challenges and opportunities for young people. Panelists shared their perspectives on skills gaps, youth employment, entrepreneurship, career development, workplace readiness, and the changing demands of employers.
As moderator, Mr. Phan Chanvandy facilitated the discussion and encouraged panelists to share practical insights and recommendations for young people. The discussion emphasized that successful career development requires more than academic qualifications. Young people increasingly need a combination of technical skills, digital literacy, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, entrepreneurship, and professional ethics.
The panel also highlighted the importance of stronger cooperation between government, education and training institutions, employers, development partners, entrepreneurs, and young people to ensure that skills development is aligned with actual labour-market needs.
