Fresh violence has erupted in the South Kivu province of the Congo between Rwandese Tutsi and the Banyamulenge over land distribution. Many civilians have been killed, women r***d and serious atrocities committed.
We protest the action of Congolese rebels who use r**e of women as a weapon of war and urge the international community including international institutions such as the UN to move in quickly in order to prevent further bloodbath and protect the innocent civilians.

A few months before the indictment of Kenya's Head of State and the Deputy President at the ICC. Counsel Boniface Njiru published this article criticizing the ICC of the folly of putting to trial an incumbent Head of State with all state machinery behind him. The Prosecutor of the ICC buoyed by the support he was getting from the NGOs proceeded with the ill-advised prosecution and lost the case embarrassingly.
