Today, Hon. Justice Stephen Radido in Nairobi ELR Petition No. 108 of 2020, Rishi Prakash Aggarwal vs WPP ScanGroup agreed with my submissions for the Respondent & dismissed the Petitioner’s claim for Kshs. 57.5m for wrongful dismissal & alleged violations of his Constitutional Rights.

The Judge held inter alia correspondence exchange amounts to fair hearing, failure to renew contract on lapse of work permit is justified & it is for employee to demonstrate violation of his Constitutional Rights. This dismissal maintains my 100% success rate acting for WPP ScanGroup in any litigation forum in Kenya for over 15 Years!

Yesterday, in PPARB Appl. No. 34 of 2020, the Procurement Board agreed with my submissions that mandatory requirements of a tender including paginating the tender documents must be complied with. The losing tenderer was disqualified for not correctly paginating its documents yet sought to nullify the tender process. The Review was dismissed.
