You keep saying, "I will sort out my Kenyan assets later."
If you are Kenyan living abroad and you own property or assets back home, "later" can become expensive.
Most people delay because the process feels unclear and easy to get wrong.
The problem is that your family may one day have to deal with the confusion you avoided.
That is why WAREN Law is hosting the Wealth Protection Plan For Kenyans Abroad webinar on June 9.
We will walk through how to start protecting your wealth in Kenya with more clarity.

Your Kenyan assets need more than good intentions.
Good intentions do not prevent family disputes.
They do not clarify ownership or explain what should happen when you are no longer able to speak for yourself.
If you are Kenyan living abroad and you have assets in Kenya, you need a plan that can be understood, followed, and legally supported.

Your family should not have to guess what you wanted.
If your wishes are not clear, your family may be left trying to interpret them.
And when property is involved, interpretation can become disagreement.
This is where planning matters.
A clear wealth protection plan can reduce confusion, protect your intentions, and make future decisions easier for the people you care about.

"Trust me" is not a wealth protection plan.
A lot of Kenyans abroad have heard the same advice.
"Just find someone you trust back home."
That is not a plan.
Trust matters, but structure matters more.
If your property, money, and family wishes are not legally documented, everyone is left guessing later.
And guessing is where disputes begin.
On June 9, WAREN Law is hosting the Wealth Protection Plan For Kenyans Abroad webinar.
This webinar is for Kenyans abroad who want to protect what they have built in Kenya before confusion starts.

63 years ago, Kenya chose freedom.

Today we celebrate that choice, the courage behind it, the sacrifices that made it possible, and the responsibility it placed in all of our hands.

Happy Madaraka Day from all of us at WAREN Law Advocates LLP.

Imagine knowing your Kenyan assets are not being left to chance.
There is a different kind of peace that comes from having a plan.
You know what you own.
You know what needs to be documented.
You know who should have authority.
You know what steps reduce confusion for your family.
That is the shift this webinar is built around.
From "I need to sort this out someday" to "I understand my next step."

The biggest reason Kenyans abroad lose money on investments back home has nothing to do with the lawyers. It usually starts with a phone call to a cousin.
We have been raised to believe family is the safest pair of hands. In my Wealth Management practice, the most painful losses I see almost always start with the same sentence: "I sent it to my brother, he was going to handle it."
If you live abroad and you are building something in Kenya, you need legal structure. Goodwill is no substitute. I am walking through what that structure looks like on June 9 in a free webinar called Wealth Protection Plan For Kenyans Abroad.

A good property can still become a bad investment if the structure around it is weak.

That is the part many people miss.

You can choose the right asset and still create problems if:
ownership is unclear,
funds are handled badly,
communication is poor,
or succession has never been thought through.

A lot of people focus only on what they are buying.

Not enough people focus on how they are buying it.

That second part matters just as much.

If you have been telling yourself “I will sort out my Kenya investments when I move back home,” you need to hear this.
Every diaspora client I have worked with who waited regrets it. By the time they returned home, the problem had grown. Relatives had become more involved, and the cost of fixing it had multiplied.
You do not need to fly home to start protecting what you have. We do diaspora work entirely remotely. Join our free webinar, Wealth Protection Plan For Kenyans Abroad on June 9.
