SO YES! LET GO THE EGO AND RAISE CURIOSITY.....
You walk in today, to that ever yearned for organization. You encounter with them, learned as you do. Some with Post doctorate, PhD, masters, bachelors, diploma, certificate and some if not most, just organization workers. All brought together for a common goal - serve for the better of that particular organization, earn a living and go on your way.
Then dawns, the contrast... Every entity is ultimately a pillar that need not be disregard, overlooked, ignored or better said despised.
Despite having that honorary post doctorate (for example), on a busy tight scheduled Monday, your laptop fails like never before.
You now have to reach out to the maintenance fellow. And this time you will have to be keen how this fellow plays his fingers around your laptop, for who knows next time...
Soon the fellow will fix your bug, and there you will be - relieved.... You need to be humble for you to learn
A certificate guy can ultimately fix you as a PhD, even more that you a masters holder can fix a diploma or bachelor holder fellow.
We only need to lower that ego, that pride sprouting from a "child" thought that you know all. Deceive not yourself, just be humble to learn.
Humility isn't just insurance for next Monday. It's recognizing that every role mastered a universe you haven't.
