One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in more than 25 years of practicing family law is this:

Winning every argument is not the same as winning your divorce.

Every motion, every dispute, and every battle comes with a financial and emotional cost. The strongest strategy isn’t about fighting over everything—it’s about protecting what truly matters.

Your future deserves more than reactive decisions. It deserves intentional ones.

That’s one of the reasons I wrote Glow Up & Let Go!—to help women approach divorce with clarity, confidence, and perspective.

The goal isn’t simply to end your divorce.

Italy reminded me of something I’ve believed for a long time…

Not because of where you travel.
Not because of what you own.

Walking these streets, slowing down for long dinners, admiring timeless architecture, and embracing beauty in the everyday wasn’t an escape from life—it was a reminder of the life I’m intentionally creating.

It’s about freedom.
It’s about peace.
It’s about choosing experiences, environments, and standards that reflect who you’ve decided to become.
