Job Title: HR Coordinator (Event Management Company)
Position Overview:
As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in facilitating various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce, maintaining a positive employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
• Lead the creation, review, and revision of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure that policies align with Iraqi labor law and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain the employee handbook, keeping it updated with the latest policies and procedures.
• Communicate changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Lead the recruitment process for each event by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews, and screenings of candidates.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and certifications.
• Manage HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts (fixed term, part time, and freelancers), and termination letters.
• Assist in payroll processing and time tracking.
• Generate HR-related reports and metrics for management as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• +3 Years experience in HR coordination or administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kurdish and English is a must.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Title: Accountant

Vacancy : 2

Summary: The role of Accountants generally record, collect, analyses, and report on financial data. In most cases, accountants use the financial records compiled by bookkeepers to prepare financial statements and reports and to perform financial analysis. Will be able to account for the invoices and record the expenditures in detail with reporting to General Manager for insuring about the posting notes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Posting and recording input and Output data of EZMA company expenditures in all matters especially indirect expenditures and using their system of recording.
• Recording direct and indirect expenditures plus recording all the stock expenditures of all locations.
• Make a proper escalation and report to the management explaining the issues once it happens.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Manage the deduction process regarding the customers of having electrical problems to compensate them through deduction issue.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Send bank reconciliation of customers to sale representative.


Education/Certifications:

• University degree in finance or accounting or related subject.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have experience in accounting and finance position at least 3 years.
• English, Arabic and Kurdish are mandatory
• Experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
• Experienced in accounting system like QuickBooks, Asel althahabi and etc
• Worked for logistic department as accountant
• Ability to work within set strategies for the payment of invoices/expenses and identify instances when the strategies are not being followed
