🚀لماذا قد تخسر علامتك التجارية؟
عند تجوالك في دول العالم ستمر امام عينيك مئات العلامات التجارية يستهويك بعضا منها ويعمد البعض عند عودته لبلده الأم لتقديم طلب لتسجيلها بأسم مؤسسته او شركته او اسمه الشخصي واحيانا فإن هذه العلامة لم يسبق تسجيلها في هذا البلد وبعد قبولها ونشرها سيتفاجئ بتقديم اعتراض ضدها ومن ثم الغاءها استنادا لأسبقية التسجيل في بلد المنشأ وسيخسر ماله الذي انفقه لتسجيلها، اعلم إن هذه العلامات التي تصادفها جميعها مسجلة ومحمية وعند نشرها بالجريدة الرسمية سيصل العلم لمالكها وسيكلف محاميه لتقديم اعتراض ضد علامتك مرفق معه شهادة تسجيل العلامة التجارية، حينها سيقرر مسجل العلامات التجارية الغاء علامتك لان تاريخ تسجيلها في بلد مالك العلامة يسبق تاريخ ايداعك لطلب تسجيلها في بلدك.
