All necessary processes from our side have been completed in this matter. The Reply filed by the Ministry of Defence and the Counter Affidavit have been submitted before the Honโ€™ble AFT. The matter is presently awaiting listing for Final Hearing and Arguments. We are regularly monitoring the AFT portal and will share the hearing date with members as soon as the matter is listed.
