MCA Updates:

MCA has amended Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 2014 by introducing Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules 2016 which broadens the list of what are "exempted deposits" under Rule 2(1)(c) amongst other changes.
