◆ Revival of Companies which are defunct under the provisions of the Section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956.

◆ Registration of Copyrights and Trade Marks under the Intellectual Property Rights, other procedural formalities in IPR.

◆ Providing consultancy on FEMA Matters (i.e. FEMA Act & Rules thereunder), advising on infusing equity in companies in India and abroad, Dealing with the Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Ministry of Industry etc. in India in this regard, Obtaining necessary Permissions/Approvals etc.

Version of Forms Form 20B, Form 23AC, Form 21A, Form 23ACA, Form 66, Form 23ACA (XBRL), Form 4 LLP, Form FC-4, Form 23B, Form FC-1, are to be modified w.e.f 1st Aug, 2015.

3. Small companies and private companies having paid up capital less than 100 Crore.

Other essential skills required for this job profile include good communication skills, a firm grounding in accountancy, secretarial practice and keen mind to learn new things.

I have started my own practice with my brother who is Chartered accountant by profession and Friend who is Lawyer by profession.
