lders Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Franchising Agreements, Revenue Sharing Agreements, Publisher’s Agreement, Content Providers Agreement, IT Agreements (including Agreements for digital signatures, data sharing, core banking solution services, consulting service, financial inclusion service, UID projects, virtual system and credit card services, hardware & software product procurements, data center and disaster recovery, development & maintenance of software, licensing of softwares, assignment of software, Distribution/ OEM Distribution Agreements, annual maintenance contracts, Website Terms and conditions, privacy policies & disclaimers thereon, advertiser’s terms of services, end-user subscription agreement, copyright and trademark usage policies etc), Technical Service Agreements, IPR agreements (including any IPR Licensing/ assignments, name lending, NDAs), Management Agreements and several other types of business as well as commercial agreement];
