📢 MANDATORY DPT-3 FILING – DEADLINE APPROACHING!⏳

As per Rule 16 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2019, companies must file E-Form DPT-3 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)in cases of:

🔸 Outstanding receipt of money or loans not considered as deposits.
🔸 Any receipt of money as a deposit, loan, or any other form.

📝 Key Filing Requirements:
✔️ Audited Balance Sheet for FY 2024-25 or CA Certificate confirming outstanding receipts.
✔️ Board Resolution authorizing a director.
✔️ Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the authorized director.

📅 DUE DATE: 30th June 2025
⚠️ File within 90 days from the financial year’s closure to avoid penalties!
