Three days completed. A stronger foundation being built.
The second batch of the five-day Security Guard Training Programme conducted by Innerwork Advisors LLP is currently underway, with the first three days successfully completed.
The programme began with essential foundations—including fire safety, uniform standards, professional behaviour, core security duties and physical training. Participants then progressed through roles and responsibilities, legal awareness, law and order, traffic management and practical instruction.
On Day 3, the training focused on emergency response, identification of potential issues, human behaviour, communication, management and awareness of electronic security systems.
Each session has been designed to develop not merely physical preparedness, but also the judgment, discipline, communication skills and sense of responsibility expected from a professional security guard.
Because effective security is not defined by presence alone.
It is built through knowledge, preparedness and responsible action.
The training continues through 14 August, with further sessions covering professional ethics, legal responsibilities, emergency response, medical emergencies, first aid, practical assessment and a concluding examination.
