As we mark the fourth anniversary of RJ Legal Associates, I find myself reflecting on the journey that began on April 25, 2022. What started as a vision to provide specialized legal and compliance solutions has evolved into a testament to trust, perseverance, and a shared sense of purpose.

Deeply honored to announce that I have been appointed as a Member Lawyer in the Advisory Committee for the association, with RJ Legal Associates officially coming on board as the Legal Partner.

​It was a privilege to serve as the Presiding Officer for the District and State Committee elections and to facilitate discussions among the industry's business tycoons. Getting messages about a “power outage” or unpaid electricity bill? Be careful — it could be a scam.

These messages often say your last bill hasn’t been paid and ask you to call a number. Once you call, they may send a link. Clicking that link can give scammers access to your phone and personal data.
Remember, KSEB will never send threatening messages or ask you to click unknown links. Always use the official app or website to check and pay your electricity bill. Stay alert and stay safe. ⚠️

Did you know that installing certain apps on your phone can give strangers access to your bank account and personal data?

Scammers often call pretending to be from your bank or customer care and ask you to install apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer to “resolve an issue.” These apps allow them to view and control your phone remotely.

⚠️ Remember: No legitimate bank employee will ever ask you to install remote access apps.
If you receive such a call, disconnect immediately and never share your OTPs or passwords.

Stay alert. One small mistake can cost you your savings.

If you become a victim of such fraud, immediately report it by dialing 1930 or file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in. Prompt reporting can help stop the scam and protect others.
