ducting a critical analysis of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, particularly in the context of its application in Madhya Pradesh. My academic achievements include securing a First-Class Post-graduate degree in Law from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and a similar First-Class Graduate degree in Law from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar. These educational milestones have provided me with a profound understanding of legal complexities and have strengthened my expertise in the intricacies of the RERA Act and Rules. Through my role as the Founder of Rera Solution Law Firm, I continue to excel in the specialized field of RERA law, offering valuable insights and solutions to our clients.
