Supreme Court upholds conviction in dowry death case despite negative viscera report:

* Viscera report is not the only evidence that the court will consider in a dowry death case.
* The court will also look at other evidence, such as the testimony of witnesses, to decide whether the accused is guilty.
* There is a presumption that if a woman dies within seven years of marriage and has been subjected to cruelty or harassment for dowry, then her death was caused by dowry death.
* The accused must prove that this is not true.

This judgment is a significant step in upholding the rights of women and combating the menace of dowry death.

The recurring incidents in schools can be attributed to one of the following reasons:

1. Insufficient knowledge among teachers about the legal rights of students.
2. Teachers perceiving minimal legal consequences for their actions, leading to misconduct.
3. Children's limited understanding of their basic rights as mandated by the Constitution.
4. Parents' lack of awareness regarding the legal rights of their children due to their primary focus on earning money.
