Assotech Moon Shine Ltd. had consistently failed to make payments as per the orders of the Hon'ble RERA, so we advised executing the Recovery Certificate before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana. The Court immediately directed the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram to get the amount recovered.

The result: today, 6th October 2026, the company transferred the first instalment on its own, as shared before the Hon'ble High Court. ✅

Ansal Housing kept failing to appear before the Hon'ble RERA, so we advised executing the Recovery Certificate before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana. The Court immediately directed the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram to recover the amount.

Today, 7th October 2026, the Naib Tehsildar produced a Canara Bank letter confirming that the full decretal amount of ₹1,00,36,794/- has been transferred to HARERA Gurugram for disbursement to the allottee. ✅
