In the presence of my loved ones and professional fraternity coming from distinguished walks of life, I took the opportunity to successfully launch my debut book, a constellation of poems, Echoes of the Rebellious Mind : Poetic Expressions. The book holds solid a collection of 40+ poems spread around themes of mental health, love, women issues, corona anxieties, life circumstances , hope! The idea of the book is to develop a connect between the writer and reader in a way that the reader feels motivated to own their experiences and create more meaningful relationships and conversations around them. And a special focus on therapy or psychology help as an accessible tool to resolve issues which body and mind faces.
The book is a dedicated to a dear mentor, Late Mr. Thomas Phillips. The foreword of the book has been written by Mr. Sanjay Jain, Add. Solicitor General of India. The book was released by Chief Guest, Hon’ble Ms Justice Jyoti Singh, Delhi High Court, Guest of Honour, Hon’ble Ms Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora. It was further graced by blessings of Ms Rebecca Memman John, Senior Advocate (in absentia). Special thanks to Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Senior Advocate for being a mentor and a great supporter.
The book is a result of collaborative efforts of family and friends along with BlueRose Publishers to reach out to its dedicated and niche audience.
As mentioned in my speech, a special thanks to my English teacher, Fauzia Umar for developing my interest in language and motivating me in class and beyond.
