⚖️ DIVORCE BY MUTUAL CONSENT | SECTION 13B HMA, 1955

क्या पति-पत्नी आपसी सहमति से विवाह समाप्त कर सकते हैं?
हाँ — Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 की Section 13B इसके लिए कानूनी प्रक्रिया प्रदान करती है।

1️⃣ Police Station में लिखित सूचना दें
2️⃣ शिकायत की receiving/CSR जरूर लें
3️⃣ SP को लिखित शिकायत भेजें — Section 173(4) BNSS
4️⃣ फिर Magistrate के समक्ष आवेदन — Section 175(3) BNSS
5️⃣ उचित मामले में High Court में Article 226 के तहत Writ का विकल्प भी उपलब्ध हो सकता है।
